Charting Environmental Law Futures in the Anthropocene

Ineke Malsch • sep 06, 2019

Springer is releasing a new book edited by Michelle Lim exploring novel international legal instruments to foster fair and sustainable development. While recognising that humankind is currently influencing the global climate, the responsibility to address climate change and global environmental degradation should be distributed fairly, placing a higher burden on the wealthiest than on the global poor. The line of thought of this volume is closely related to my book Future Technologies We Want . One of the contributing authors in the new volume is Nupur Chowdhury, who discussed nanosafety in this short video during the Dutch national dialogue on nanotechnology in 2010. Info on the new book .
